For App Store developers and their bookkeepers

Turn each App Store payment into a journal that matches your bank.

Proceeds Ledger checks every region against what Apple paid and writes the journal for Xero or QuickBooks Online.

Free to try, no signup. Your files never leave your browser.

FAQ

Are my files uploaded?

No. They are processed in your browser; only the license key is sent to Gumroad. Your browser's Network tab confirms it.

Which file do I need?

The Payments CSV, financial_report.csv. Adding Apple's .txt financial reports also puts refunds on their own line and gives you revenue by app.

How does it book the payment?

As received, at Apple's exchange rate, to an Apple clearing account. You match the bank deposit against that account.

When is it not a fit?

It doesn't handle Apple's EU alternative terms, ASC 606 revenue recognition, or Google Play and Paddle (planned). If one deposit line is enough for your books, you don't need it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, a full refund within 30 days: email [email protected] with your Gumroad receipt. Details are in the refund policy.
