Privacy
This page explains what happens to your information when you use Proceeds Ledger and this website. Proceeds Ledger is made by Hlib Serediuk, sole proprietor (Ukraine).
Your Apple files
The files you drop into Proceeds Ledger, such as Apple's Payments CSV and financial reports, are processed only in your browser. They are never sent to us or to any server we operate, and we cannot see them. The same goes for the reconciliation and journal files the tool creates.
Your license key
When you activate a license, your browser sends the license key to Gumroad's license API to check that it is valid. Gumroad receives the key and the technical details every web request carries, such as your IP address. Gumroad's handling of that data is covered by Gumroad's privacy policy.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregated page statistics, such as how many people visit a page. It is cookie-free. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record. Gumroad collects your payment details and billing information under Gumroad's privacy policy. We never see your card number. From Gumroad we receive what we need to deliver and support your purchase, such as your email address and order details, and your answers to the optional checkout questions (whether you use Xero or QuickBooks Online). We use those answers to understand which ledgers our customers use.
If you contact us
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and keep it as long as needed to support you and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Data stored on your device
Proceeds Ledger keeps your settings (such as your account codes) and your license status in your browser's localStorage, on your device. This data is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your site data in your browser. If you do, you will need to enter your settings again and activate your license key again.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies. Gumroad's checkout pages are run by Gumroad and have their own policies.
No selling or sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data. We do not use it for advertising.
Your choices
To ask what personal data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. Data held by Gumroad is handled by Gumroad.
Children
Proceeds Ledger is a business tool and is not directed to children.

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
